Their windows got damaged by a Russian airstrike against the British Council and EU Delegation buildings a few days ago, ~300m away. The same day Russia also attacked apartments buildings, killing 24 people, including four children.
But Peter, Putin just said today that “Russia never had, doesn’t have & won’t have the desire to attack anyone”. 😂
Hitting a second British government building in just a few weeks is obviously a mistake... Kinda like all those Russian soldiers on vacation who accidentally got lost in Crimea...

Heh. Both the exchanges in Kyiv center are kinda annoying re: BTC as they require on chain transactions, and they want more than one confirmation (I think they're actually depositing directly to a binance account or similar, so they can sell it immediately).
So no lightning, let alone e-cash.
