Mostly not referring to services offered by the state, but services enabled by the specific laws in jurisdictions. E.g. some regions offer better healthcare options, other higher living quality, etc

Those aren't laws, they are corporate policy... Zoom out further and you get out of the "legal" and into the Lawful, where you can be free on your own terms.
