If npub 1 is banned from #relay 1 but not from relay 2 and npub 2 is connected to relay 1 and 2, would npub 2 be able to see all npub 1 messages? #asknostr

Yes.

And if npub1 was blocked on the client level, it would be viewable in a different client.

I didn’t know npub could be blocked at the client level. Has this type of blocking anything to do with being block at the relay level? Or is it more similar as being blocked on #Twitter?
