Iβve experienced that hip-opening yoga is very good for releasing tension stored in your body. Itβs like the opening poses make it possible to release emotions that are stuck in your body, in your hips. Afterwards, I feel very released! Yoga is good, not only for your body, but for your soul.
Yesterday, I was able finish my day without doubts and worries. Doing some stretching before bed was so so relaxing. Yoga is giving me a lot. π§ββοΈβ¨
