OK. I will attempt to explain the underlying mechanism in a way that explains how easy this 'severance' is to repair in theory.
1. Understand sympathetic resonance
2. Understand rhythm entrainment
3. Use something like the provided video WITH HEADPHONES from whichever 'half' you are currently conscious of, to allow the other 'half' to become 'sympathetic' of your conscious self.
4. Rhythm entrainment will take effect just like the video provided between the two sections.
5. Continue this therapy until the two sections remain rhythm entrained naturally.

I've even formed a method to prove this exists. It's a game like battleship. I describe a shared moment where we were both present, and your response is either hit or miss.
1/2 credit if you only remember the voice, full credit if you also remember the face expression.
What it proves is that memory isolation exists, and it's a way to test the actual connection between you and your opponent.

Keep chatter to a minimum. If the shared moment was recorded it doesn't count, so if the shared moment also exists in picture form or video, it doesn't count. If it was watched or heard on a device it doesn't count. It must only exist in hologram form in your head. Watch out for parallel reconstruction of the memory. This can trick you.
An Occam's razor approach to #mkultra would be the following:
1) Observe an environment where one or more desires are banned. Desire must exist in this environment.
2) Incubate (wait) and watch innovation unfold consciously, subconsciously and/or unconsciously.
3. Interveine in step 2, and operate upon the subconscious or unconscious the same way one would herd sheep.
The axiom here is that banning/suppressing anything will only spawn innovation over a long enough timeline.
For an example of step 3, what i refer to here as 'the matrix' would be AI algorithms operating on the repressed self.
