It's more so that bills are bullish with many different items snuck in at the last minute making it impossible for them to be read in the time frame that's given. Our system is broken.

This is a tough one to swallow but I’m not surprised to see them trying to pass this if they did, the evidence that’s available puts them on notice , a couple definition changes and boom!

Unfortunately, I think it's realistic to assume that hardly anyone of them will read it.
Being close to someone who has managed to get the attention of some of the politicians who are "experts" on his field, I've seen some of the techniques it takes to get their attention.
My best advice would therefore be to add the most important conclusions from The Bitcoin Standard on a piece of paper not any bigger than half the size of a US Letter!
