Buying/selling a lot of shares of a spot ETF results in the same price slippage as buying/selling actual Bitcoin on the spot market. Either way large buyers need to use an OTC desk. The ETF changes nothing in that respect. What it does is gives Wall Street a more efficient tool for price manipulation through options trading on those ETFs.
