Stuff like this gets us one step closer to: "All of these protection laws would work if we just had some way to identity everyone who connects to the internet. We need something like a driver's license for the internet."
Do people under 16 use legacy social media too much? Yes. Is legacy social media bad for your health? Yes. Is this a stupid law that isn't enforceable? Also yes.
