I have, it looks awesome, but the question I'm asking is whether you can send small zaps to a non custodial wallet off the bat. My guess is no as you'd need to pay a channel open fee. Doesn't this defeat the utility of zaps..?
You are right but freedom isn't free. They will not be able to stop zaps.

Get a ln.tips address like the one im using now.. its through telegram though but you can use a lntips anonymous address just to receive zaps i zap out with Phoenix wallet
