I stopped speaking to my best friend because I knew if I told him the truth about my choices he would have done it to me. I saved him from having to make that choice.
Interesting. I may have to refine my wording. I think I meant to say “the things that make them bad” or something along that line.
Speech is hard, which is why I sometimes randomly throw these things out there.
I don’t see what you did as bad, but the fact that they judge you, etc as bad. You just protected yourself.
This is the problem with a word such as “bad”. My friend and family view me and judge me to be a bad person.
Sometimes the world requires me to be a “bad” man. I embrace it, control it, and use it when necessary. Good men and women, will do “bad” things out of necessity. It doesn’t not make them “bad” people. It doesn’t make them any less, by going to that level.
Being positive and sending out positive energy will only go so far. Kill them with kindness is a nice phrase, and a nice ideal, but when you deal with bad people sometimes you need to be bad.
