South Africa has so much potential but the leading political party wants a socialist state that only serves previously oppressed demographics. Starlink needs to apply for a license to operate in the airspace and internet communications of south africa. in fact all radio and frequency transmitters and receivers need to go through a process.

The BEE laws you speak of are the same laws that were created by whites known as Affirmative Action, except all that changed in the law was replacing 'whites' with 'persons from disadvantaged backgrounds' including the disabled and others.
