I'm not sure it does much as it's a decentralized network and no actual moderators, except in some specific relays.

I've had someone block and report me, thinking I was a ReplyGirl, but it showed up in my notifications. I'm not sure if anyone else actually does anything about it.

I'm seriously appreciating the block button though!

Btw is that shoe on head real?? Do you really have to do that?? I thought it was a practical joke.

I think the shoe on head is more like hazing.

I did appreciate someone who has a picture of a fox as his profile pic add a photo of a fox with a shoe on the head though.
