Flank is the best cut to me. Love it

I like it too. It’s kind of hard to find in my little town. Can’t ever don’t skirt steak. I marinate it in pickled jalapeños for 24h and then grill it with fajita seasoning. Checkout below and substitute the flank steak for the chicken. I put cheese on the chicken but not on the steak.
