cone 6 hardslab lidded jar, stains, underglazes, and glazes.

a piece i was sculpting december 2023. it finally came out of the cone 6 firing the other day.

i originally had this crazy idea to install a pump and make this piece a fountain, but it cracked really badly and the top part fused to the base, so i think we're going to jump ship on that idea.

putting yer piece in the kiln is a subtle form of torture.
