Good enough starting point! I got a nice big cast iron skillet perfect for the job. Browsing the chicken and then browning the orzo in the rendered fat sounds like the perfect tip. Then basically adjust based on which veggies and herbs you have on hand. π
I tried to find the closest recipe of the Chicken Orzo but nothing came close, perhaps because there are so many ingredients you can add and it's really up to you at a certain point. This one is closest and simplest.
