One of the dumbest things tech corporate gave us is the recruitment Resume Filling Systems.

Those companies only thought about the company buying the system, and didnt even bother to consider the person filling applications all day. F****! its horrible.

They are insanely long and after you fill them you also attach a resume. There are some components that need to be filled that are usually not on the resume, mostly legal standard forms. but..

You have to fill all of this nonsense on every application. The same list of 30 questions, the same list of 30 answers. There must be a better way!

Every application takes 10-20 minutes to fill and its just the same info, over and over and over again.
