I recently learned IMDbs API will run you $400k per month for entire access. Just imagine all those that populated it over the years with genuinely useful information had a slice of that pie. We can do that now.

Oh, so many cases of “piece of the pie tokenization” that my mind goes 🤯.
Crazy 2 cents idea: imagine everyone are born with a certain amount of tokens representing your life time earnings, and you can exchange those for education, services, etc. Ones income are distributed accordingly and the tokens can be publicly traded. Turn tokens into smart contract for an even crazier world.
Now we get back to today’s collaborative web: wikipedia, imdb, unsplash and wish for a system to exist. Perhaps now we can have such experiment.
