Maybe stop shopping there and report it in the comments on their google maps account?
Its not going to fix your record situation, but stop shopping there. They can only burn you once if you let them. Others may also not like it as well. Hopefully others dont either.
Alternatively you could just put a piece of electrical tape over the camera haha
It’s a given that I’ll never go there again, though it does creative inconvenience in my life. I can also do my best to let others know if anyone even reads that. But tape would have been too late.

Probably not long. May have to start my own chain at that point and advertise that i don’t spy on you or sell your personal data
