Something I want to share with you about last Saturday afternoon and manifesting:

I visited a second-hand bookstore—so many books that have already been read, just waiting to be rediscovered and taken home! I love that feeling.

Naturally, I found myself standing in front of the cookbook section, where else 😅 I thought to myself, "hmmm, let's see if I can find a raw food book by the Swiss raw-vegan pioneer Urs Hochstrasser." I wasn’t even sure if he had ever written one.

Not even two seconds later, there it was on the shelf! It was even signed by him. On the first page, in his own handwriting, he wrote: "Much light and love", along with his signature. The entire book is printed in purple ink—such a beautiful touch! This book is from 1994, and he’s still a raw food advocate today, nearing 70 years old!

Manifesting isn’t hard—it’s about being unattached to the outcome 🙏🏽💜💫
