Diet and cardio. No processed nonsense. Lots of fruit, honey, fish, whole grains, vegetables. No particular fad diet, just eating as natural as possible and not eating beyond being full. Also fasting. Don't eat breakfast at all and skip lunch (or just have an apple) some days a week. Especially if I plan a nice meal in the evening. For cardio running 8k or so and walking 6k or so pretty much every day.
