Meditation
No booze, i feel awful 😂
Eating more meat / carnivore. Healed me from a condition I was diagnosed with 10 years ago. 🤙
Cutting out as much processed sugar as possible and truly studying proper form while lifting weights.
Walking at least 10k steps a day n going to bed before midnight
At the risk of sounding like a broken record, zero-tolerance on bad seed oils. As this lady suggests:

Fasting!
Exercise and lexapro
Minimizing seed oils from my diet and eating more steak 🥩💪
Drinking spring water with high quality sea salt in it 🌊
💯

Plenty of water with grey sea salt, bananas, raw eggs and coconut/olive oil for breakfast, ditching coffee and flours, raw veggies, raw meat and cheeses for lunch/dinner.
Just can’t believe how much energy these simple foods provide during the day.
raw veggies not a good idea
ray peat talked about this
Personally, I don’t trust misogynists and people who very hypocritically insult men who don’t appear ‘masculine’ in physicality to tell me what to do 🤣🤣🤣 wtf. There are plenty of women who get fucked and don’t have to pay for it who would like abortion to be accessible for everyone
Maybe no one should bring children into this world of spiteful, bizarre insanity
Raw food strains your metabolism as much more energy has to be spent to metabolise it than cooked food. The invention of fire and cooking is what allowed early humans to redirect surplus energy to their brains and thus become homo sapiens. You're undoing a key element of evolution there.

lol 😂 Buddy whoever you are, your knowledge will harm many!!!!!
Compression socks has more to do with the proper use and the condition the person has, they maybe an effective solution for one patient and not the other. A healthy runner may see a hemodymanic improvement on Venus filling index if the patient has diabetes or HTN. Because venous pressure has to do with portal hypertension. It is increased pressure due to certain conditions. Compression socks may even help those with sensory neuropathy.
I’ll take baguettes to the grave. Butter too .
what a horrible writer. i cannot absorb anything he says.
i am curious though, did jack take the world first experimental mRNA vax? he has been so silent about it, i want to know if the man who silenced a generation about the experiment was part of the experiment?
i did not get it because of my faith. i had death threats on that platform because of my faith, no one did anything about it, i wasn't allowed in the library because of my faith, no one would serve me because of my faith, i was silenced and threatened because of my faith. so i am curious, did the man who allowed people to threaten and silence people on his platform at a time we needed to be heard get the world first experimental mRNA vaccine?
Thats sounds hmmmmm so good....bananas, raw veggies and cheeses.
Quail egg sushi? Thats afrodisiak 😊
But the raw meat ....there is some kind of routine in place I guess to avoid risk of parasites
Sushi is kinda risky too but good.....😊
Eating right. I stopped putting garbage in my body
Practicing asanas in heat, vigorous vinyasa with music has by far had the largest impact on my overall well being and I’m very active human.
Less alcohol, more water, more exercise.
Sauna. Cold bath/plunge. OMAD. More Salt. No sunscreen and lots of sun exposure. No sunglasses. More walking. More barefoot. Mostly meat. No gluten. No TV. Sleep early. Less booze.
Sick brah
Fasting
abstaining from alcohol (sobriety)
Smoking vapes, pot, and drinking alcohol. I quit drinking, but can’t stop smoking. Partly because I don’t have that strong of support around me and people think “it’s not that bad or big deal.” The other part cause I cave in and say fuck it what’s even the point anymore. Even up to the point I’m scared for my health. Now I feel like a sack of 💩
Personally I think anything that is toxic to humans in any form should be cancelled or banned. #rightsforhumanity
Heavy squats. Keeping track of personal bests for every number of reps and trying to hit one new rep range PB every week.
Walk in open spaces
Moving to plant based protein by far the most significant and lightning fast. Within 10 days gut inflammation healed, bowel movements clean and pain in the body disappeared
Legumes and quinoa are great.
I'd say not eating so much shit and starting my days with a workout
No alcohol
- daily walks in morning and evening
- consistent strength training on a regimented and structured program
- cutting out all grains & sugar
- cutting out all vegetables
- sourcing regenerative meat & organs
- daily meditation
- daily journaling / gratitude

Regularly walking made it easier to transition into jogging. Both has been helpful with managing anxiety and depression.
running
Eating more meat.
Cutting sugar. Went from 100+ grams a day to near zero most of the time. I became a different human being physically and mentally.
Cutting out added sugar as much as possible.
Regular moderate strength training, boosting quality meat intake, prioritizing sleep, spending time with loved ones.
removing carbs
Reduction of stress BY FAR has the best impact.
If impossible to avoid it, it's good to train your body to learn to cope with it.
Cold showers are good for this too as it trains you to overcome the discomfort and stress.
In addition I started eating much more meat and eggs.
Working on cutting down sugar but I am weak addicted motherfucker. So tons of work ahead of me in this regard...
i’ve cut out processed sugar, but found that i replaced it with a shit ton of fresh fruits(which is probably fine) and just as much dried fruits like figs and dates (probably too many).
i was beating myself up about eating too much dried fruit, but reconciled because i think it is a step in the right direction. 🤷
Positively: exercising more
Negatively: My eating habits brought me to become more acquainted with diverticulitis than I’d like 😆
Meditation
Reducing consumption, running, and limiting carbs.
Went into Ketosis a while back, its pretty eye opening.
Eat more steak, eat less carbs.
Daily cold showers and reducing my seed oil intake almost completely.
Cutting sugar and liquor
Running. Such good. Such delight.
Walking, dumbells, less coffee
Drink water every morning 30 minutes before eating, Two meals a day instead of three, Unless it is a long travel or exercise day, And eating in 8 hours per day. Trying to be conscious about foods that produce beta amyloid plaques that cause brain fog, So balance of cholesterol via fats and oils. Olive oil, Fish oil, Or coconut oil are the solution to cholesterol, But knowing your body and how it digests these things is different for each person. 1 hour of exercise per day to overcome the stick in the mud feeling. Knowing your life could be worse.
Excellent advice, thank you. Could you expand a little more on your experience with the beta amyloid plaque containing foods? What you changed and how it helped
The growth of Plaque in the arteries and in your digestive tract has more to do with eating habits and particular foods high in cholesterol. Lots of cheese, Meat, Carbs and sugar all in combination paired with a sedentary lifestyle of not being active, Mostly staying stationary for years at a time, Is how this plaque builds up in the body. Inside the small intestine there are small fingers that absorb minerals and nutrients from the food you eat. Plaque can build up in these fingers and your food does not digest as well and your body starts storing this plaque. This builds up in the brain and affects your mental cognitive ability, And is bad for your health all around. Dieting with fiber, Eating whole food diets where you consume the whole vegetables, Help to scrub this plaque from the small intestine. Olive oil, Coconut oil, And fish oil help to loosen plaque from your arteries slowly over time. The body can immediately absorb and digest these oils for fuel, And do a great job initializing ketosis, Where your body is burning fat for energy. People with bodies that store fat are more likely to have issues with plaque buildup if they do not pay attention to their diet. People with too little body fat should pay attention to eating a high fat diet, Because when the body runs out of fat to use for fuel, It consumes muscle. Plaque buildup is not just from the food you eat, But the lifestyle habits you keep and occur over a long time of unhealthy habits.
killing yourself
Diet and cardio. No processed nonsense. Lots of fruit, honey, fish, whole grains, vegetables. No particular fad diet, just eating as natural as possible and not eating beyond being full. Also fasting. Don't eat breakfast at all and skip lunch (or just have an apple) some days a week. Especially if I plan a nice meal in the evening. For cardio running 8k or so and walking 6k or so pretty much every day.
Cycling and rowing
Walking as more as possible bear foot and changing type of shoes. Now I buy only shoes with more space for the toe and that are more wide on the finger zone.
My knee and low back pain are gone and my posture is definitely better.
I constantly change things here and there to see what best works for me. Currently I'm trying to eat more fiber. I was under the impression that fiber is undigestible stuff that you simply eliminate, although I recently found out that its actually food for your gut bacteria. A healhty gut is extremely important for your overall health. Other examples in the comments are also great.
Hydration, adequate sleep, appropriate vitiamin D exposure or supplementation
To put it in the most simple and easy to follow guidelines:
1) Regular exercise- enough to break a sweat
2) don’t eat shit that didn’t exist in 1950
Daily consumption of freshly home made kefir.
Thanks for asking about this Lyn. For the last several years I’ve been doing “strongman” work. Strongman combines power lifting with cardio in a way that’s not damaging to joints like CrossFit.
Since moving to my homestead 11 months ago I’ve incorporated strongman movements into my daily chores. I don’t bend over at the waist, I squat. I carry logs like an atlas stone or sandbag. Chopping wood as “Russian twist” etc.
I’m 50 years old and haven’t had a single injury due to work related movements this year. Strongman is designed to be ergonomically healthy for the extreme athlete which translates into healthy movement for the aging body.
Buteyko breathing. Ditching smoking and booze. Eating more salads and very little carbs. Meditation. Getting out of the rat race. Dancing.
นั่งดื่มน้ำอัดลมตอนเล่นเกมเป็นอะไรที่โคตรอร่อย🤣
Intermittent fasting, avoiding seed oils and processed foods, limiting carbs, eating more red meat, and cooking almost all my own food.
Manage the water drinking. 1 full glass of water as soon as out of bed in the morning. Drink water not later than 1 hour before any meal. Drink water not earlier than 1 hour after any meal. All in total throughout the day make sure to drink at least 2.5 litters of water.
Eating/drinking more fermented products, my gut health seems to effect every other aspect of my day
Your message is resonating with a lot of people.

Having recovered mostly from Crohn's through diet and lifestyle I would say.
1. Eat real foods/1 ingredient foods
2. Eat organic
3. Eat local
Quitting seed oils
Prioritising sleep
More protein, less carbs
Food with the least ‘ingredients’
Resistance training, regular sleep, eat more protein.
Is the best place to start.
Sleep at least 8 hours a day. Some people can't easily do it well. Gravol helps.
Carnivore diet and chiropractor.
Some kind of regular exercise. I mountain bike, and it feels like play rather than work.
Eat real food. Everybody seems to be in agreement on that one here.
I went camping with the fam recently. We were in a cell phone dead zone. No screens for 3 days. No clocks. It's weird not knowing whether it's "lunch time" or not. We just ate as needed. Hiked a ton, swam in the creek. I haven't felt that good in a long time. If anyone is curious about the effects of screens on kids and adults too, check out this book Glow Kids: How Screen Addiction Is Hijacking Our Kids - and How to Break the Trance https://a.co/d/j2DpV7H
Does anybody have research on the effects of electro-magnetic radiation on the body? Some ppl talk about wifi and 5G harming us, but I'm uncertain. Nonetheless I did feel really good on our camping trip. Hard to isolate variables in that case.
Hypertrophy-focused resistance training 6x/week, atleast 8k steps/day, see the sunrise/sunset, 4-5 meals/day with 1g/lb bw in protein every day split evenly b/w those meals.
Whole, less processed foods when possible. Hydrating, but stopping caffeine at noon. Post-meal walks with podcasts.
Keto
Zero alcohol
Zero sugar
Zero seed oils
All the f’ing steak I want !
Walking several days a week since 2020’s global kerfuffle 🚶🏻♂️🦠
Low carb, meat forward meals.
Agreed. Of all the interventions, methods, diets etc, I believe this is by far the most powerful.
Nature's way.
Stopped drinking alcohol, stopped eating sugar.
Guarding my time by telling “No.” to people/activities that are time-sinks.
I contracted Encephalitis in 2020 & it turned my life upside down. I was left with a brain impairment & untreatable chronic nerve damage headaches.
I’ve changed from being a high energy extrovert to a struggling introvert. That has significantly impacted my marriage, my physical health & capacity.
I’m still recovering & trying to decide what type of career change is needed to something less cerebral & stressful.
Sadly, I took my health for granted for years & am learning how to move on from this brutal life lesson.
Going keto and then carnivore.
Tripling the amount of protein I was getting and adding more strength training to my routine.
Quit refined sugar, wheat, alcohol and dairy
Going vegan.
Actually switching to Whole Plant Based Diet.
It did wonders in all aspects of my life.
If I only knew this earlier...
How long ago was this? It seems to be beneficial for the first while but after a few months deficiency symptoms are likely
I'm full vegan from 2016. Never felt better. All my blood results are normal, I'm controlling it yearly. No side effects. I play basketball several times a week and have more stamina than before. No need for additional rest that I had on a daily basis. My emotions are in order. My receptors (taste, smell...) are working better. My eyesight has improved.
Deficiency occurs with any unhealthy foods, vegan or not, doesn't matter. But, animal foods are full of saturated fats and trans fats that are not good for us. Also, they luck many vitamins, minerals and fiber that are essential for us. Also, they have certain ingredients that directly influence in forming of various diseases and cancers.
PS I am a Baby Boomer.
Replacing breakfast with coffee blending in butter and mct oil ☕🧈🥥
Meditation.
Good question, made me think... TY!
Dropped all processed foods, sugar, seed oils, pharma "medications".
Keto (for 2 years), now whole food plant based organic or homegrown (1 year) some animal protein (Max 500g week). Lots of filtered water.
Sunshine, walking.
Dedicated 2 hours a week to stop & think.
Weekends for family, friends & fun.
Sleep 8h a night. Gym. Drop videogames in favor or reading and chess. Therapy.
Strive to:
Include Mindfulness, yoga, strength and conditioning training, filtered water, more protein, suppliment deficiencies
Reduce sugar, alcohol, excess carbs
I would say be kind to yourself and allow flexibility in all of the above- life is balance. Strive not militant with it is my advice.
Re-coding my bio mechanical movement through G.O.A.T.A.
I went from not being able to run for more than a mile or two because of terrible shin splints & back problems to barefoot running (using Vivobarefoot shoes) and being able to road run 3 miles pain free.
🚶🏻♂️

To be honest in my house we started eating more cow and eggs haha and the change and feel is amazing. Less tired more focused
Repairing my microbiome
One time, I tried quitting coffee in the morning. After two weeks, I started drinking a cup again. That was the most drastic one.
More seriously, training myself to fast, and eating way more protein than most people recommend. I feel better and am stronger in my 30s than I did in my teens and 20s.
Running. Without fail, I always end up feeling better after a long run.
Homemade bone broth
I've just learned about the benefits on good bone broth, and started with the Kettle & Fire brand until I can figure out a good source and way to make my own. Do you have any tips?
Great! I’m fortunate to have an amazing grass fed farm close to me to get the bones but honestly, if you find a good pre made source it will be way easier! If you do, make a big pot and freeze in weekly portions and I love adding onion and tomato paste for umami.
Don´t buy all the stuff from a supermarket, because it´s mostly not regional or saisonal.
Buy canned instead of preserved foods.
The COVID "vaccine"...
Reduce carbs, increase fat. Energy increase is noticeable (for a 50yr old guy)
Getting a personal trainer to get me to lift weights twice a week. Never did before. In my 30s now.
Started nose breathing and taping my mouse at night to force it.
This stopped my sleep apnea overnight. Stopped my nightmares and nightly tooth grinding
.
Cold plunges 3 to 6 Celsius degrees twice to three times a week.
It seems to be responsible for taking down my blood pressure back to healthy levels.
8+ hours sleep every night
non inflammatory diet, exercise, sauna, and hormone therapy. Da best. Nice to be addicted to healthy practices. I have arthritis and i sent all the medications to hell. No doctor ever told me to do what i am doing now. It is in remission, which never was with all the medications. I am a former professional dancer and now in my 60s (boomer into bitcoin class of 2017, cold storage from day 1 ✊) and now I am performing again. nobody believes my age and i tell them all what to do.
Viva la libertad, carajo!!! Congrats #Milei btw

Darko Velcek’s Self Healing Protocol.
Rowing
A simple morning fast, last meal at 9pm then eat from midday. No changes in anything else but a great fat shredder if needed.
quitting alcohol
Learning about one or more health-related aspect. Apply what was learnt over an extended period of time (ideally, to some degree of proficiency or mastery).
Re-assess overall health / lived experience. Adjust accordingly.
Health-related activities will change as life situation changes. You may cycle through things that now don’t work, or, now they are actually something you should focus on.
Some specifics:
- From my perspective, most people overlook light health (and over-state their own specific requirements for gut-health).
- Understanding respiration has been a game changer for me (teachings from Erwan LeCorre instead of Wim Hoff).
- Overall mineral/vitamin content of naturally occurring food for where I live (seasonal eating instead of rigidity)
- Marry the disciplines of strength & flexibility in your training (they do not need to be separate).
- Do micro-difficult things often (improves tenacity).
Going to a remote beach village 6 months for daily wave kitesurfing, good company, bonfire guitar nights, some online work, fresh tropical fruit, coconuts, chicken liver and seafood
Hard to beat that

The #carnivore diet quite literally changed my life and made me start to question modern medicine in general.
Quitting alcohol
Gluten free
Small mandatory morning work out, apart from my real workouts. Also, shrooms 🙌
Lifting heavy weights and switching to barefoot shoes
The victory hour concept in the 5AM Club: wake up before 5AM, so you:
- 5-5:20 - move (exercise)
- 5:20-5:40 - reflect
- 5:40-6 - grow (increase knowledge)
Waking up at 5am every single day (weekends included).
tested (also Blood) various diets, discussed them with a Doctor friend. The Mediterranean diet is perfect for me.
CrossFit, walking with Birkies (healed my Achilles t.) Sauna regularly, Yoga +Pilates. Intermittent fasting.
A day off in bed sometimes.
Making myself happy.
The Sun & The sea
taking magnesium glycinate supplements
fixed so many goofy stomach issues I was having and feel so much better in general
I visited a physiotherapist about 3 years ago. He told me I was stiff and showed me a routine. I keep it up now, every morning and I feel much better when I stay disciplined with it. I'll be 50 in a few years, I think it should be a great help going forward. It's mostly keeping the spine/back and legs flexible.
Water Water Water
(1) Lunges periodically throughout the day... counteracts sitting at the computer screen. Fixed my back spasms.
(2) Sleep mask for maximum darkness at night.
