Dropped all processed foods, sugar, seed oils, pharma "medications".

Keto (for 2 years), now whole food plant based organic or homegrown (1 year) some animal protein (Max 500g week). Lots of filtered water.

Sunshine, walking.

Dedicated 2 hours a week to stop & think.

Weekends for family, friends & fun.
