The website tells me downloads are granted on "invite only". I left my email adress to be selected for an invite but I'm not a developper, I'm just joe bloggs becoming more interested in BTC by the day, doing a BTC course with #sayloracademy and trying to do things right with NOSTR. I think the option to create your keys with your coldcard is awesome, it's really empowering. I looked at the other ways to do it but they are pretty involved technically, you have to be pretty computer savy which I'm not.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to create NOSTR keys the decentralised way ? I own a coldcard but Alby won't let me download their browser extension. Thanks !

Le 30 décembre, le "Washington Post" a publié une enquête révélant le détail d'éléments de langage russes diffusés en France par le Kremlin sur la guerre en Ukraine, en ligne, mais aussi via des personnalités politiques... proches ou provenant du Rassemblement national. Fêtes de fin d'année, "marronnier" de l'ingérence russe et du RN, ou manque d'éléments vraiment inédits ? Il a fallu plusieurs jours avant que les médias français ne relaient l'info.

I visited a physiotherapist about 3 years ago. He told me I was stiff and showed me a routine. I keep it up now, every morning and I feel much better when I stay disciplined with it. I'll be 50 in a few years, I think it should be a great help going forward. It's mostly keeping the spine/back and legs flexible.
