Actually switching to Whole Plant Based Diet.

It did wonders in all aspects of my life.

How long ago was this? It seems to be beneficial for the first while but after a few months deficiency symptoms are likely

I'm full vegan from 2016. Never felt better. All my blood results are normal, I'm controlling it yearly. No side effects. I play basketball several times a week and have more stamina than before. No need for additional rest that I had on a daily basis. My emotions are in order. My receptors (taste, smell...) are working better. My eyesight has improved.

Deficiency occurs with any unhealthy foods, vegan or not, doesn't matter. But, animal foods are full of saturated fats and trans fats that are not good for us. Also, they luck many vitamins, minerals and fiber that are essential for us. Also, they have certain ingredients that directly influence in forming of various diseases and cancers.

PS I am a Baby Boomer.
