Reduction of stress BY FAR has the best impact.

If impossible to avoid it, it's good to train your body to learn to cope with it.

Cold showers are good for this too as it trains you to overcome the discomfort and stress.

In addition I started eating much more meat and eggs.

Working on cutting down sugar but I am weak addicted motherfucker. So tons of work ahead of me in this regard...

i’ve cut out processed sugar, but found that i replaced it with a shit ton of fresh fruits(which is probably fine) and just as much dried fruits like figs and dates (probably too many).

i was beating myself up about eating too much dried fruit, but reconciled because i think it is a step in the right direction. 🤷
