What's the easiest way to setup your own publicly accessible nostr relay? I've spun up a relay via nostr:npub126ntw5mnermmj0znhjhgdk8lh2af72sm8qfzq48umdlnhaj9kuns3le9ll but it requires Tor & it seems like that makes me somewhat invisible to most nostr users for some reason. #asknostr
