⚡️🚨 ALERT - If you're in the UK, France, and some other European country you'll need to provide ID to use X fully.

I've just checked: You can't use a VPN to get around this requirement.

Everything is speeding up good luck, but the UK and Europe are doomed and I have no illusions.

The police have already shown they can arbitrarily arrest you for "inciting hatred". With compulsory ID, how far will they go? #asknostr

If you can’t use a VPN to avoid this how are they identifying location? Do you have a credit card or country configured in the account you were testing in?

For the country it is possible but the bank card never.

Not sure I was able to parse that. You’re saying you have a country in your profile but no linked bank card? So maybe they’re looking at patterns of previous IP access and maybe also profile?
