So nice! We call that all of the terms you used. Our European customers tend ed to prefer it, back when we made it. It is actually whipped/creamed or spun into the state of fine crystallization that results. There is a process that most beekeepers in warmer climates donโt bother to do because the top layer will re-liquify in our climate, which makes it look messed up, (even though itโs just fine), so itโs harder to sell to the common consumer. Someone loves you very much! nostr:note1p0qdz3u6wevad0yaz08cxw0jsgew8mqgwt3vv02l6hfwknm3w27qz308ef

I did not know that, but itโs interesting. And yes I think I have the most loving, thoughtful, and generous friends in the world ๐
When Iโm a bit older and ready to live on a farm, I have a dream to have bees ๐
Please do get them. We (this weary world) needs more beekeepers, especially gentle, beautiful souls like yourself, who are especially appreciative of their (honeybees) unique role in our world. Other insects pollinate, others make a sort of honey, not a blessed other one makes enough honey for themselves and for man to rob, and they can still survive (if man doesnโt get too greedy and starve his bees, which, may that person be cursed if they do!) You are my hero!
Yeah when I found out some people donโt leave their bees with enough honey for the winter my heart broke!!!! ๐ญ
Thank you for your kind words. Itโs for sure a dream of mine that I am almost certain will happen when the time is right and I will 100% take such good care of all my bees and I will NEVER leave them with no food.
I am gonna have to order some honey from you guys when I run out in a few months.
We would love that!
