They don’t need to ban speech if they can guess your thoughts and reroute them. They don’t need to trap you if they can forecast your behavior and pave the path.

In that sense the biggest unlock is to stop assuming what you have been thought is true. Always be open to finding counter opinions. Its the best way to be immune that I have seen. And of course evaluate your thoughts so you understand why you have them.
