Eight weeks ago I started a five minute walk-fit type routine at home. I moved up to 10 minutes two weeks later. One week after that I went to 15. I moved to a 30 minute, one mile indoor routine three weeks ago. My endurance has improved but my weight hasn’t budged. Not sure about tone.

I assume my diet is blowing any potential weight/size reduction. I need to pay better attention to it. I also want to add an additional 30 minutes some point in the day.

I'm down over 80 lbs with NO added exercise. i did it just cutting the carbs & increasing animal fat into my "diet" #phd

I’ve attempted keto/carni before. I don’t do well on it. Once I get past the “flu” I start feeling ill when trying to eat. It’s like major food fatigue.

I will make more effort to consider carbs and reduce, add some water. I also have to juggle “old woman” issues. 🙃
