Eight weeks ago I started a five minute walk-fit type routine at home. I moved up to 10 minutes two weeks later. One week after that I went to 15. I moved to a 30 minute, one mile indoor routine three weeks ago. My endurance has improved but my weight hasn’t budged. Not sure about tone.
I assume my diet is blowing any potential weight/size reduction. I need to pay better attention to it. I also want to add an additional 30 minutes some point in the day.
