Lots of jobs do this already. There this plenty of software that sells this service to companies giving them a risk rating of the employee if you post controversial stuff that may later be used against the company.
Heard of people getting offers rescinded for this.
This could very easily be done with nostr as well if you have links to your identity on your profile/posts.
