literally 1099-k needs to be repealed immiedely. It is causing me immediate harm.

I should post the 1099s i got to fedi, It is literally insane and actually problematic for business.

for anyone who doesn't know, prior to the 1099-k law, you could just give someone cash and say "contractor". Now, for everyone over $600 you pay you need to collect their id, ssn, address, ect and send it to the irs.

Needless to say this really fucks small businesses.
