NostrGram has bookmarks. Whatever content you create that you want to keep in a custom feed just click the ellipsis (...) beneath the note then click Bookmark. Go to the Filters list (ellipsis in the menu bar up top) and go to the Bookmarks filters at the bottom to see the feed.
