Woke up heavy. Mind foggy. Body tired. Energy flat. Carried it all day—frustrated, moody, kinda depressed. Then I trained. Hard. Breathwork, heavy kettle bells, rotational mobility, deep sauna sweat. Moved the stagnant energy out of my body like Chinese medicine says. Felt like myself again. No pill could’ve done that. If your doctor isn’t prescribing movement and resistance training first, alongside vital nutrition, he’s not a doctor—he’s a glorified drug dealer. Train heavy. Breathe deep. That’s real healing.
