I went running on a tred mill the first time in a few years. And man have I gotten slow. I usually run outside where I don't know how fast I'm going. I can't maintain a 7 mile per hour run anymore. Which used to be fairly easy for a couple miles.
I'm gonna only run on tred mills for a while until I can run two miles at 7 m/per hour again.
Dude I'm still out of shape I switched my mattress a couple months ago by myself and I ended up throwing up LOL

Yeah it's important to maintain a little cardio atleast. Plus some back and neck exercises to reduce risk of back and necks going out easy. Push ups and pull ups help. Back muscles also help keep the back straight.
