I hate running, and that’s exactly my why.

It’s the hardest thing for me. I’d honestly rather have 10 waves crashing on me back to back.

Running would be the last exercise I’d ever choose.

But doing hard things is what makes us stronger & after giving birth to our little angel, I’m deeply motivated to reconnect with my body.

So I started running, even if I suck, even if it’s uncomfortable, even if I’d rather do anything else.

Let’s go.

Keep it up! 😊 being able to work out after pregnancy is incredible!

I'm curious, why running? I heard swimming burns more calories, works all your muscles, and is easier on the joints. I imagine swimming in the ocean is even better.
