I am trying to video record how slow Tor is on a plane, but the loading is faster than me pressing the button. 😅

I have enabled the internal TOR and, to my surprise, it has no latency deterioration.

We can safely say the UX is not negatively affected.

Why the drastic difference? When we used to run through Orbit, it was substantial.

Using tor since since very far time.. amethyst always worked with orbot

Interesting. Is your ISP or VPN blocking Tor connections?

VPN, certainly not, cause I use frequently and i works. Tor... maybe? Is that even possible?

Amethyst uses Tor for relay connections but not for media, which would be unbearable to use under Tor.

If you're on Amethyst there are less and less reasons to not do everything "TOR"

Amethyst a bit buggy this am on Android.

I only see 2-3 accounts on the home feed and personal profiles display really old posts and I need to scroll up to the most recent.

Also the feed initially says retry when I open amethyst
