Let users generate videos with disney characters.

You will be able to create your own Disney film, or at least short story.

That's not a lot on its own, but can multiple PWAs play concurrently? If so, the impact might be quite noticeable!

I love the idea as a hack, but I also like efficient programming 😅

Unfortunately, many sites completely block you out for using a VPN. It's an awful practice, but it happens.

I host multiple sites and services that work without issues.

1 of them went down today and won't come up. It was very odd that only 1 went down.

It turns out, it's the only one using Cloudflare.

I can't login to Cloudflare console.

I can't even login to my registrar to disable Cloudflare (dns config), because they also use Cloudflare!

My hands are tied on this. We all wait for Cloudflare to fix this, and I can't think of a way to fix this on my side.

This is peak centralization. Registrars using Cloudflare can bring the internet to a deadlock.

Why not buy a coffee denominated in sats? We have dollars and cents. We have bitcoin and sats. It's simple.

Don't you like paying by card? You only need to provide your legal name and address, write 16 numbers, a date and 3 digits, while also needing to approve the payment from your phone. Oh and if you use a vpn, the 2fa page might not work and you need to restart the process.

That's way better than scanning a QR code and tapping pay. /s

Sats are sats. We also have a great symbol for it, although not in unicode yet.

If ₿ is sats, how do you type 100m sats (1 Bitcoin)?

Or is the idea to completely ditch the 100m number and reactor everything as sats/₿?

If you do an aqua-style liquid integration, it will be the perfect all-in-one wallet to beat them all.

Liquid is useful for long-term holding but still quick and cheap to transact. Because lightning channels, even when custodial, require you to be online frequently (to be trustless). I feel liquid offers a better "storage" option, while lightning is best for more frequent transactions.

I like how wallets like aqua make it dead simple for newbies to transact with bitcoin and its layers safely and without headaches, and Boltz plays a big part in this.

However, I'd prefer Boltz (or the swapping layer, in general), to become more decentralized. We can't have all modern multi-layer wallets depend on 1 single service... Is there a way to randomly choose a boltz instance instead of a central one? Maybe with discoverability and reviews through Nostr, like cashu mints.

You can get bank loans for 10.5% APR without collateral.

Why would you put your Bitcoin at risk for 13%?

Considering bitcoin is "pristine collateral" as people say, I would expect much lower rates than banks.

The European Union forced Apple to allow apps to be installed without their App Store. Hence, Altstore was born.

People should be aware of nostr and bitchat before shit hits the fan.

Just saw the "accelerate with gpay" in nostr:nprofile1qqsrk63a8wentzpk5ex3eqpf9wtww6vwcddzuh9y2800567n4ulwhpqpzamhxue69uhhyetvv9ujumn0wd68ytnzv9hxgtcygedr2. It's quite interesting especially for non-tech people.

It would be even better to accelerate by paying via lightning or cashu, maybe using mempool's mint if they run one.
