He sounds like a chill guy

First when she lists her man qualities as: nice, handsome and have a good job. As soon as the fact that other person has a good job as a quality of that person, this is the huge red flag.

Then, she didn't realize the opportunity. If only she would have a chance to be loved as much as the cat, he would be her forever and would be loved and respected so much that any other girl would be jalous of her like she is jalous of the cat now.

Hopefully for him, she will leave as this guy clearly deserve a better wife.
