Another ~400 inactive follows trimmed. Will be a glorious day when an inactive follow list is accurate. Reached the limit to who I can see as follows on Amythest though lol.

I have that same issue. Are you doing it manually?
Today did some manual trimming of npubs I didn't recognize as active on my feed most days. I used https://nostr-graveyard.vercel.app/ the other day, but only had one good list be populated of inactives. Running it more than once seemed to give me active npubs.
What about those of us who never post notes but only reply ;]
