I didn't mean it as a challenge, it was genuine curiousity. I read through the comments and one mentioned a misinterpretation of one word in the local legal code. This is what I was asking about, I was thinking it would be convenient if someone could compile a list of places where these types of troubles are happening so we can muster legislation changes. It's something I could do, and I'll look into it more, but sometimes the fastest path is just to ask so that's why I asked. Cheers!
