Too late in the season for us but they still allow visitors to pick the fruit. We caught some bad weather, so it was cloudy most nights. We had one good night of stargazing:

Nice! At least you got one good night!

The watergap has to be one of the darkest spots in the nation

Excuse me, *waterpocket fold* not watergap.

We’ve been on the road for four months and the darkest/best skies were In a tiny little town. Lincoln, Montana. It felt like we could reach out and touch the stars!

Montana is great for sure. Another good spot is northern Nevada, South Eastern Oregon.

We took our rig out there and spent a few nights. It was amazing. Cloudy, but still beautiful. There wasn’t anyone around for miles.
