Lightning wallets can be changed very easily. It's so cheap to send sats on lightning, all you need to do is create a new one and transfer your balance and it will cost almost nothing. I would say starting with Wallet of Satoshi is fine for beginners and smaller amounts of sats. As you learn more you can migrate to a non-custodial wallet like Phoenix.
