Many Nostriches have pointed out that they are not lactose intolerant, but prefer coffee black to enjoy it to the fullest, especially wrt Italian/Greek/Turkish style coffee/espresso.

I can appreciate that. ☕️ nostr:note1pvzf7alzazesxsw3d3xjun0mfw0pldrk37drjypd83vgs6f6skrqnw87p5

Count me in this camp. John Wayne style, or you’re diluting the flavor. Like a burger with a bunch of veggies and sauce on it.

Fair enough

Yeah.

I prefer the full flavour & bitterness that comes with black coffee.

It took me a little while to get there but there's no going back now.

As a bonus - it makes it exponentially easier to acquire a satisfying coffee. Even a novice barista can make a decent long black or espresso. There are also so many great portable devices for making your own now.

Much complexity comes with trying to get the milk just right.

bitterness ? the one in photo was made with Pellini n82 vivace i usually

eat 2/3 beans while waiting the coffee machine to worm up.

I consider it to be sweet.

I drink black coffee for almost 10 years now so it might be that i'm used to bitter. Not only that, a lot of local varieties of food tend to a bitter but nice taste.

Often happens to be served with an amaro together with the coffee after a meal (even if you only asked the waitress for a coffee).
