No. If you have a 5KW ASIC that makes no heat and one that does, the cool one HAS to be almost 100% more efficient. That energy needs to go somewhere.
So you either increase the hashrate drastically, or bring energy usage down drastically.
If that energy is coming in, it needs to come out. If not in the form of heat, then in the form of hash.
