Honestly, that book is a bit shit IMO, but Broken Money by Lyn Alden seems to be the whole encyclopedia in one.
After that, then look for any and everything by GiGi. Then run a bitcoin node, I'd recommend Raspiblitz if you want to get stuck in the deep end, and it sounds like you do.
