Turn off global for certain relays. If you use amethyst just enter relays and you will see where spam is coming from

Which certain relays does this charlatan mostly populate? Damus?

I turn off global for damus ,nos.lol, relay.nostr.band, relay.nostrati.com.

I also use nostr.wine which is a great paid relay. Nostrati is also but I notice periodically it gives a lot of spam
