I did 20kg. I am trying to work up my way up to 10 continuous minutes with 24kg. I have a ways to go. That is a lot of presses at that weight.

I like switching after every 4 reps. Seems to be a nice rhythm.
I think I will give that a try, I like the sound of that. I love all the variations with KB training. I've been enjoying double kb work for a while...after a few years of purely single bell stuff.
