We wanted to streamline the number of SKUs now that we have the Pro tier as well. The 3-month premium sub via bitcoin wasn't that popular. I guess people didn't want the burden to manually have to re-subscribe every 3 months. We never had a 1-month premium sub via bitcoin btw.

Thanks for your answer. So just as constructive criticism from a long time user:

I have paid for the 3-month premium sub via bitcoin twice. You are right about the monthly option being only with credit card (I might have used it once or twice) but it just adds to my point why does the customer needs to be “penalised” or have less options for using btc?

I am happy to pay monthly or even 3 months and see the app grow and continue in the right direction. I am not that happy to throw a year subscription in advance. It’s quite a big difference in price. Also, I don’t think it’s such a burden to pay a lightning invoice every 3 months.

But maybe I was the only customer not paying for a year upfront 🤷🏻‍♂️

Primal has been great and improved incredibly during the last year, I would love to continue supporting it
